What Equipment Is Needed to Play Softball?

It is essential that certain equipped be employed when playing softball. Without preferred equipment a player can risk injury when on the field. Certain leagues, such as Amateur Softball Association of America leagues, require equipment specially certified by them.

Fielding Gloves

Softball gloves are wider and longer than baseball gloves to compensate for the size of the ball.

Bats
