- The most common side effects of Previcox in dogs include loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy and depression.
- Less common side effects include uncoordinated movements or aggression.
- Serious but uncommon side effects of Previcox in dogs include seizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, or kidney or liver damage, which may occur over only a few days' time and can be fatal.
- Any side effects should be reported to a veterinarian immediately, particularly those that look serious. With these types of drugs, a minor side effect may progress to a serious condition.
- Previcox should not be administered to dogs along with other NSAIDs or corticosteroids.
