Light Therapy for Arthritis

The use of light therapy for healing has increased since it was first introduced to combat the depression of seasonal affective disorder. It has also been proven useful in pain relief of muscle and joint problems associated with arthritis. Light therapy is considered a natural treatment that can be done at home.
