A liver cleanse diet flush is one of the fastest and most natural ways to improve the health of the body. It aids in reestablishing the body's immune system and allows for healthy weight loss. The liver is designed to remove toxins from the bloodstream. These toxins come from a variety of sources, such as antibiotics, cigarette smoke, preservatives, alcohol, pesticides and artificial sweeteners. These toxins build up in the liver and may need to be flushed out.

During the process of liver cleansing, specifically in the first few days, an individual may experience some unpleasant side effects as the toxins are flushed from the body. Headaches, fatigue, dizziness, diarrhea and a general lack of appetite are commonplace.
