It is no longer necessary to have knowledge of HTML code in order to build web pages. A number of web page building software titles out on the market do the coding that is necessary; all the designer needs to do is to use his mouse and select how he wants the site to look. The web page software out on the market covers a wide price range. The more you want the software to do, the more it is likely to cost.

    AceHTML 6.6 Pro

  1. AceHTML 6.6 Pro allows users to create web pages with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP and PHP. A free trial version is available.
  2. Adobe Dreamweaver CS4

  5. EasyWebEditor includes built-in FTP, frames, keywords, and forms. The program can be purchased through EasyWebEditor's website.
  6. Microsoft Expression Web 2

  7. Microsoft Expression Web 2 allows users to build sites with XHTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT. The program is available for a free 30-day trial.
  8. Trellian WebPage

  9. Trellian WebPage has an intuitive interface and a built-in document spellchecker. The program is available through Trellian WebPage's website as a free download.
  10. Web Page Maker

  11. Web Page Maker comes with pre-designed website templates and CSS style sheets, which include functions such as tables, forms, and JavaScript effects. The program is available as a free download for a 15-day trial.
  12. WebPlus

  13. WebPlus SE is available as a free download. The full version, WebPlus 10, offers e-commerce functionality, RSS, and website and email templates.
