Despite being approved by the FDA, Viagra contains many side effects, including headache, abnormal vision and diarrhea. Viagra also increases heart attack rate and blindness. Many men prefer natural alternatives to Viagra to avoid these complications, but only a few offer proven benefits. These natural alternatives are safer, cheaper and available nearly everywhere.

    Yohimbine

  1. According to the National Institutes of Health, yohimbine is a natural cure for impotence and erectile dysfunction in men. Another study published in the Asian Journal of Andrology states that yohimbine is effective at treating anorgasmia, or an inability to orgasm.
  2. Horny Goat Weed

  3. Numerous studies show Icariin, a compound found exclusively in horny goat weed, promotes the production of Nitric Acid and increases sexual performance. It is regularly used in China as a natural alternative to Viagra.
  4. Garlic

  5. Garlic is an effective alternative to Viagra because it increases blood flow to the penis. It helps relieve erectile dysfunction and improves sexual endurance.
  6. Gingko Biloba

  7. Another natural alternative to Viagra is gingko biloba, typically available in pill form. It relieves erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis, resulting in firmer, longer erections.
  8. L-Arginine

  9. L-Arginine, an amino acid typically used by bodybuilders, is a safer alternative to Viagra because it increases sperm production. L-Arginine also increases circulation to the genitals, naturally alleviating erectile dysfunction.
  10. Ginger

  11. Ginger increases blood circulation to all areas of the body, alleviating most erectile dysfunction symptoms. Some people also claim it is a potent aphrodisiac due to its sweet, aromatic scent.
