The gallbladder is a small, functional organ responsible for the creation of bile in the body. It is very important to the proper functioning of our body systems, especially digestion. Unfortunately, the gallbladder can become infected, create painful gallstones or become cancerous. Here are some of the signs & symptoms of problems with your gallbladder:
Pain is the obvious first sign. The pain will be on the right side of the body, right under the rib cage.
Light Bowel Movements
If the gallbladder is dysfunctional, it will make your bowel movements light in color.
If the gallbladder is not working properly, it can create excess gas in the system. This includes burping, flatulence or trapped gas in the digestive tract.
A dysfunction gallbladder can cause the digestive system to have regulation problems, alternating between diarrhea and constipation.
Nausea can happen if your gallbladder is not working properly.
