Herbal Remedies for Toe Nail Fungus
Toe nail fungus prevents us from wearing strappy sandals and showing off beautifully, pedicured feet. Treatments can be expensive and the creams and drugs may not always work. There are some natural remedies, most with supplies found in your own house.

Vinegar

Combine vinegar with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide in a 50/50 diluted mixture. You can either dip your toes into the solution, or use an eye dropper to distribute the solution on your affected toenails. You will need to do this treatment daily to minimize the discoloration of the fungus and the regrowth of a healthy nail.
Apple Cider Vinegar

Soak your toes in a bucket prepared with a 50/50 mixture of warm water and apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar restores the correct PH balance to your skin, making it more resilient to fungal infections.

Oregano Oil

Oregano oil contains a fungicide that eliminates fungi, and includes components that help ward off bacteria, parasites and viruses, making it a good choice to use for an antifungal treatment.
Essential Oils

You can administer a mixture of half tea tree oil and half lavender oil to the top edge of the toe nail and around the nail a few times each day. Tea tree oil contains a natural antibiotic and antifungal, while lavender oil fights the infection without causing further skin damage.
Acidophilus

You should take acidophilus orally to improve your natural resistance, and replenish healthy bacteria that may have decreased due to various reasons like poor diet or use of medicine.
