- Bananas, sweet potatoes, white potatoes and spinach all are good sources for vitamin B6.
- Meat, poultry, fish and dairy products all contain vitamin B12.
- Vitamin A produces sebum, an oily substance secreted by the hair follicles that's considered the scalp's natural hair conditioner. Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A.
- Spinach, broccoli, and Swiss chard contain vitamin C. Just like vitamin A, vitamin C also helps produce sebum.
