Vitamins for Acne

A healthy diet can improve acne problems. Taking a multi-vitamin each day along with a multi-mineral supplement will increase the likelihood that you get all of the nutrients you need to treat acne. While acne has many triggers, such as clogged pores and oily skin, research indicates that some vitamin deficiencies can also lead to acne. By getting these essential vitamins from food or from supplements, you increase the chances of stopping the outbreaks.
