Many people experience pimples on their faces at one point in their lifetimes. Teenagers are usually recommended topical treatments, while adult women can take birth control pills to help clear their acne. You can prevent acne by using a facial cleanser with pimple-fighting ingredients. If you have serious concerns about your pimples, consult your dermatologist.

Avoid using any oily or greasy cosmetics or facial products because these can block the pores, creating the pimple. Wash your pillowcase regularly to remove any oil and dirt that comes in contact with your face while you sleep.
