Foods Containing Vitamin E

Getting the proper amount of vitamin E can contribute to a healthy immune system as well as reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cataracts and cancer. Vitamin E is a powerful anti-oxidant that rids the body of free radicals, a byproduct of the body's metabolism. There are many sources for the daily recommended dosage of vitamin E.
