Many low rider car enthusiasts have added hydraulic lift kits to their low riders to enable them to drive over raised areas, such as speed bumps, that were previously difficult to drive over with a low rider. That simple concept has evolved into cars and trucks being able to hop or jump upwards of six feet off the ground with the help of a hydraulic system.
