  • How to Tone and Shape Your Breasts with Exercise

If you stare in the mirror wishing you had been blessed with a more buxom bust, don't feel that breast enlargement is the only option. You don't have to spend a fortune on cosmetic surgery in order to become more shapely. There are exercises you can do that will shape and tone your breasts.

  • Exercises to Reduce Breast Size at Home

The human breast is comprised mainly of glandular material and fatty tissue. Because there are no muscles in the breast, exercise by itself will neither enlarge nor reduce the size of the breasts. However, there are exercises that can strengthen and tone the pectoral muscles that support the breasts, giving them a more uplifted appearance. Exercise combined with a healthy diet can also help to burn fat. Since fat is burned from all areas of the body proportionately, the size of the breasts will reduce along with other areas of the body.

  • Exercise for Firmer Breasts

Most of the tissue that makes up the breast is fatty tissue, which cannot be firmed by any amount of exercise. However, the pectoral muscles that support the breasts can be strengthened by consistently doing the appropriate exercises. Unfortunately, there is no exercise that will enlarge or firm the breasts themselves. However, strengthening and toning the pectoral muscles of the chest can help provide support and lift to the breasts, making them appear firmer.

  • Exercises to Prevent Breast Inversion

Inverted breasts, or more specifically breast with inverted nipples, often need minor surgery to correct them, but before surgery there are some exercises you can do to prevent or correct an inverted or flat nipple. An inverted nipple is one that points inward instead of outwards and it can be a hindrance to breast feeding. Both men and women can get inverted nipples.

  • Exercises to Increase Your Breast Size

Certain exercises rejuvenate the pectoral muscles on which your breasts sit. Performing these exercises daily for two to three months can give women with a small, flat or sagging breast an extra lift. These exercises only develop the muscles underneath your breasts and do not actually enhance your cup size. But they will give your breasts the young look you deserve.

  • Breast Exercises After Augmentation

Breast augmentation carries the risk of capsular contracture, where the body forms scar tissue around the implant for protection. Sometimes this scar tissue tightens and hardens, causing the implant to feel hard and look misshapen. It also causes pain in some. To counteract this risk, many plastic surgeons recommend compression exercises to their breast augmentation patients. These exercises are simple and quick to perform, and may help protect your breast augmentation results.

  • Exercises to Lose Man Breasts

If you suffer from the condition laughingly referred to as "man breasts," you can improve your muscle tone with exercise. You won't have to spend months in a gym to re-buff your appearance--just a few simple exercises every day will help to strengthen your chest muscles and eliminate the flab that gives you that embarrassing cleavage.

  • Exercises to Trim Breasts

Exercising can help enhance the tone, lift and firmness of the pectoral muscles that make up the chest. Such exercises tend to make the breasts appear larger, firmer, rounder and perhaps a bit perkier. But because the breast is primarily composed of fat tissue rather than muscle, a weight loss regime must be part of any exercise program that seeks to trim the breasts.

  • Exercises for Saggy Breasts

Sagging of the breasts can result from a number of factors, including weight gain, aging, and even childbirth. Fortunately, there are some exercises designed specifically to alleviate sagging of the breasts, and firm them up as well. These exercises are not only designed for women, but for men as well who might be looking to firm up their chests.

  • Bigger Breast Exercises

Muscles that are weak result in poor posture. Several exercises can help you to tone your chest muscles, strengthen your back muscles and improve your posture to give you the illusion of bigger, firmer breasts.

  • Breast Shaping Exercises

Poor posture is a result of weak back and pectoral muscles. Exercises that work these muscles can improve posture and give you a firmer and fuller looking chest. These exercises tone and build up the pectoral muscles, enhancing the breasts.

  • Exercises for Perkier Breasts

Women of all ages desire perkier breasts, especially after a body-altering experience such as pregnancy or menopause. Some opt for plastic surgery, while most seek a more natural, less expensive way to give breasts a lift. Exercising is a much-discussed solution, but such strengthening routines should be discussed with a doctor before proceeding.

  • Exercises That Can Help Sagging Breasts

Breasts are composed of fatty tissue, rather than muscle. They are designed to serve a specific function--to provide nourishment to young offspring. Many people mistake the development of the underlying pectoral muscle for the fatty tissue that comprises the breast.

  • Exercises for Sagging Breast

Age, pregnancy, hormonal imbalances and weight loss can all cause breasts to sag. To regain lift as well as establish better strength and posture, there are a few exercises that specifically target the breasts and work to increase firmness.
