Utah Mom Is So Disgusted With Store’s T-Shirts, She Buys ‘Em All
When Judy Cox walked past the PacSun retail shop in Orem, Utah’s University Mall she noticed four t-shirts in the display window. The t-shirts had different graphics of women in lingerie—from what I saw, your average Victoria’s Secret catalog stuff. Cox wasn’t having any of it though—she went in, complained to the PacSun manager and when the manager said the complaint would have to go through corporate channels, Cox just bought every shirt for $600. “I told her it didn’t matter what the cost was that I just wanted every single one,” Cox said. “Including the displays out of the store.”
Nike Says Marty McFly Power Laces Coming Very Soon
We’ve all seen Back to the Future II, right? It was a great movie—we can all agree on that. One of the best things of that movie was Marty’s sweet Nike high-tops with power laces—it’s an unforgettable five-second scene in the movie. Unfortunately, Nike—or any other shoe manufacturer—has not been able to recreate the power lace, until now. In an appearance at the Jordan Brand’s Flight Lab last week, Nike shoe designer Tinker Hatfield was asked about the possibility of power laces. “Are we gonna see power laces in 2015?” asked Hatfield. “To that, I say yes!”
Goats Balancing on a Sheet of Steel
