Putin Calls Up Obama to Talk About the Ukraine
The White House issued a statement saying that Putin and Obama talked by phone about the conflict with the Ukraine. According to the White House, Obama encouraged a diplomatic solution, saying Russia needed to pull back its troops. However, the Kremlin also made a statement of their own, saying that Putin accused Obama of not taking into account the loads of extremists who have been harassing peaceful Russians. Amazingly Bad Wheel of Fortune Contestant Dumfounds Audience
Have you ever tried to guess a Wheel of Fortune puzzle and still gotten it wrong with just a few letters missing? Well what about if NO letters were missing? This flub by a young college contestant was just one of several unbelievable moments where he was set up to win, but somehow still couldn’t solve the puzzle. Bet his parents are rethinking that tuition money.
Michael Phelps is Back!
Fans of Olympic gold medal swimmer Michael Phelps may have been upset when he gave up the sport, but it turns out he just couldn’t stay away. Even though his coach says it’s “not a full-fledged comeback” and that he’s far from being in the shape he once was, Phelps has re-entered into the U.S. drug testing program and seems to want to swim competitively again.
