    Hand, foot and mouth disease is a viral infection that is common in young children. Typically it is characterized by sores in the mouth and a rash on the hands and feet.     Standing on your feet for long hours cuts down on the circulation in your feet and can cause soreness and pain, even if there's nothing medically wrong. It is very important to wear comfortable, supportive shoes. Several types of shoes, such as high heels or ballet flats without any support or padding, can make the situation worse. So can shoes that don't fit your feet properly. Make sure you've got the best footwear you can afford, and then pamper your feet after work.
