  • About Ricers

Ricers, sometimes referred to as "potato ricers" are kitchen utensils used mainly for making mashed potatoes. A ricer consists of a hopper section perforated with small holes, handles and a disc. Although it is not an essential, a ricer is an inexpensive and useful implement that many cooks prefer over alternatives such as potato mashers.
