How Long Can You Keep Tomato Juice in the Refrigerator?

An unopened can of tomato juice can be stored in the refrigerator until the expiration date stamped on the side of the can. It should be used and opened by the last day of the month printed on the label. If the juice tastes sour or tinny, it should be discarded.
