Any easy way of taking flaxseed oil is in pill form. Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6. The human body converts these fatty acids into phospholipids, which add resiliency and elasticity to cell membranes. Flaxseed oil promotes hair growth and provides shine. It also moisturizes dry skin and alleviates conditions such as eczema and rosacea.
