Range for Males
If you are a 5 foot tall man, your target weight should be around 133 lbs., though anywhere within the range of 122 to 144 lbs. is average.
While using height to determine a healthy weight is a helpful tool, age and muscle mass should also be considered. Children and teens are still growing, for example, and older people have less muscle mass than very athletic people, all of which can affect the height to weight comparison.
