  • Harmony, Florida Nature Trails

Harmony is a planned community in Central Florida's Osceola County, approximately halfway between Orlando and Melbourne on the Atlantic coast. A large part of Harmony's community philosophy is the attention paid to keeping the neighborhood's natural surroundings intact. • 2001 Polaris XC Specs

Snowmobile stalwart Polaris made two XC, or cross-country, sleds in 2001, the 500 XC and the kiddies version, the 120 XC. The result has been a 110-mile greenway across the state, named after Marjorie Harris Carr, a leading opponent of the barge canal.

But residents and visitors skiing Ohio make up for the lack of vertical feel by enjoying family fun and activities at the state's snow parks, where designed terrain offers a variety of skiing challenges. These popular resorts offer a little something for everyone.

  • Snow Trails in Ohio

Ohio's famous Snow Trails resort and state parks offer thick snowy trails for outdoor winter recreation. When the snow has blanketed the hills and meadows and the weather is suitable, winter lovers come from across the state and country for cross-country skiing, winter hiking, downhill skiing, snow-shoeing and dog sledding on multiple-use trails. Snowmobiling is available on Ohio trails and, when it's safe, on the frozen surface of Buckeye Lake, Grand Lake St. Mary's and Indian Lake.
