Lori Schneider is a chef and owner of Figs Catering in Austin, Texas. She began her career in restaurants and food while at studying at Texas A&M University. From there she completed a BS in Nutritional Sciences and a BS in Food Science in 1999 and 2000, respectively. She began her career in research and development and culinary training.
