Proposal Chicken (Garlicky-Spicy Roasted Chicken)

I made this dish for a 1st date once (I wanted to be impressive). After finishing the dish and asking for seconds, he asked me to marry him! He was joking of course but it became a running joke with anyone I made this dish for. (we subsequently never married). It's super easy and tasty, and everyone wants to lick the plate!
