If your wall is already painted, you may be able to get the oil off the paint using TSP (tri sodium phosphate) and warm water.
However, if the oil is actually into the drywall (as you say) you aren’t going to get it out. The best you can do is cover it up, then repaint. Cover the spot with either a couple of coats of shellac (let it dry between coats) and then repaint, or use a good quality primer (oil based is better than latex) and then repaint the wall.
