Hi, I can not get full windows , only have about 3/4 that I can see..the words on the right hand side of the page SEND, REPLY, FORWARD, etc. I can't see, and the square at right upper page I can't click to maximize because I can't see it [ I know it is there ] have tried dragging mouse on page but it just stays the same. How or what do I do to get full window, I am Aol 9,1, Vista Thanks, Beecky

If your mouse has a scroll wheel at its top, hold down the "CTL" button on your keyboard, and move the scroll wheel towards the top of the mouse one or two clicks.
