Hi Everyone,
We’ve resolved the reporting display issue with article views and earnings. As a result, you may see a sudden fluctuation in your article views. Please be rest assured that although your view counts may be considerably higher, this does not affect your earnings. Our WCP system has kept a consistent and accurate record of each user’s account history during this display problem. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I noticed my total view count jumped up considerably the other day and then today it went down by around 5000. If I add up my individual article view counts, it adds up to about what my total view counts were a few days ago. Any idea what's happening here?

Hi there  I am new to ehow and noticed yesterday that even though I had some comments on my articles there were zero views. So I figured maybe they updated each night. This morning they are all still zero...

Well I waited until this morning and they are still zero How can I get this fixed? I agree with Amanda. The counter (and earnings) appears to be frozen on my account. Rich...is eHow aware of any glitches in this area? If not, is there any way that an individual member can confirm that their counters are working the way they should? Thanks, David

Whenever the view counter gets stuck, the history of the counts are all recorded in our back end system, so no worries in losing any view counts. Hello every one i have been told by ehow that earning is not based on views only it have to do something with quality so don't you think we should have Quality counter/bar that shows quality,instaed of just view counter that is not counted just give confusion that your article has been viewed 700 times but you earn nothing,Whats the Point, Why EHOW doesn't give clear answer that on what earning is based

If reader belive your articles are great, they should be rated high. Thanks. -Rich
