Choose the branch you want use. I choose one with a little bit of character.

Place the branch were you want to attach it to the frame. Be sure to mark the frame with a pencil.

Because the frame I used was so thin, I couldn't drill a hole into the frame to place the branch in. Instead, I used a router to cut into the wood. Always wear protective eye gear when using power tools!

There are many methods for securing the branch in the notches. I chose to use a wood screw instead of glue because I want to have the option to remove the branch in the future.

I chose to use elbow hooks to hang my jewelry, but you can use anything from screws to wooden dowels cut to size.

I love that it doubles as a jewelry organizer and wall art!
I've been looking for a creative way to store my jewelry, given the small amount of storage space in my apartment.
