apply the tape in diagonally under your eye in the way you want to have it winged.
continue across the eye by lining it with the tape. Make sure the tape is placed the way you want it.This should be done carefully. Your eyeliner is now neat and winged.
get the perfect winged look with no smudges.

tnkx for the advice but u forgot to mention that they shouldnt use the tape right away as it might hurt there eye maybe they should run it through thier fingers a couple of times then use it !
