  The helpful tips and advice you put on our Facebook page never cease to impress us. Every single day, we see entertaining, inventive and thoughtful answers to our questions. Since you’re so generous with your help, we thought it would be a great time to highlight and reward your expertise. We’re pleased and excited to announce our very first eHow Knowledge Guru Contest, where you could win a $300 Amazon gift card.

  Over the next two months, we’ll be challenging you to share your knowledge on four seasonal activities. All of the challenges will be posted to our Facebook page with five days to submit your answer.

  After the submission period, we’ll open up the contest for you and your friends to vote for your favorites. If your answer gets the most votes, you’ll win a $300 Amazon gift card. The four runners up who submit the next most popular entries will win $25 Amazon gift cards.

  Here’s our first Knowledge Guru challenge question:

  What’s the #1 way families can enjoy this summer for under 50 bucks?

  It could be a delicious summer meal, a family game, a fun outdoor activity or another great way to enjoy summer that your family has discovered. Your budget-friendly tip will help other families around the country get the most out of the next few months!

  To enter, just visit our eHow Knowledge Guru tab on Facebook. Submit your answer, in no more than 200 words, by Friday, May 13, 2011 (11:59 p.m. PST). Voting will open to the public on Saturday, May 14, 2011, and close on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 (11:59 p.m. PST).

  The winners will be announced here and on our Facebook Page. The contest is open to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Click here to see the Official Rules and Full Terms and Conditions.
