So i unplugged it straight away and took it to the kitchen where i removed the top part of the keyboard by removing the skrews holding the two parts together. After carefully prising the two halves apart i was then able to wash the top part with the keys in the sink using warm soapy water. The electronic parts which the keys push onto when depressed are protected by a rubber sheet so it was simply a case of washing it too. Once all the soiled parts had been washed and thoroughly dried it was simply a case of putting it all back together. &lt;br/&gt;When i spilt ink onto my keyboard while clumsily attempting to refill an ink cartridge for the first time, i had to go one stage further.
