Follow these simple steps to enjoy a tasty treat that can brighten your day, especially around the holidays. The following recipe makes a total of four apples. They can't be exposed to the heat long! Do this quickly and immediately wipe the wax off. Try again and see if the caramel slides off. Good luck!

Comment by internetbaglady

This is a stupid way of doing this. Use a deep container to melt the carmel, Use a deep bowl for applying nuts, sprinkles, etc. Carmel will slide off if it isnt melted enough, which is what we have in this video. I make bunches of these daily for an up-scale in store bakery where I work.

Comment by bonzo221

I did the above, but the caramel slides right off the caramel, I have tried several times, what am I doing wrong?

Comment by babyturtel

Bought them lst year.Cost was $15.00 each<br/>Thank you for the recipy. And the candy apples very good
