HOWEVER! please be warned, I don't know why he states verbally 1 1/4 cup sugar when his recipe states "a" "1/4" cup sugar...  In his verbal presentation, it also sounds like he is stating 1 &amp;amp; a 1/4 cup sugar.  I ruined 4 eggs and a lot of sugar because of this.  He should say as well as write "a 1/4 cup of sugar," not 1 1/4 cup of sugar.  Also, you might want to put a little vanilla extract and I put quite a bit of nutmeg into the mixture at the end.
