    The state of Arkansas has driving laws that make it illegal to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Such drugs include barbiturates, tranquilizers, amphetamines and marijuana. Any driver with a BAC (blood alcohol concentration) of more than 0.08, or 0.02 for people under 21, will be arrested for DUI and subject to a fine and/or probation, license suspension and/or jail, ignition lock, community service and substance abuse treatment.
