    Apple cider vinegar is commonly used in cooking and salad dressings. Multiple health and beauty benefits are attributed to apple cider vinegar. It contains many important vitamins and minerals such as A, C, E, B vitamins, calcium, iron and magnesium, as well as amino acids and apple pectin. Raw apple cider vinegar contains live cultures that are beneficial to health.
