Headhunter Salaries
Headhunters or recruiters search for employees to bring into a corporation. They look at resumes and find job matches. They maintain contacts and often travel to job fairs and college campuses to look for qualified candidates. They administer placement tests, check references and extend job offers. They must also be well-informed about hiring laws.
