He should be able to communicate effectively with other team members. He should be result oriented and committed to his work. He should have a thorough understanding of computer systems. The junior network administrator should be flexible and understand what is involved in the administration and maintenance of network connectivity. Junior network administrators should be innovative and creative.
A junior network administrator earns an average salary of $46,500 per year. The amount is generally determined by the organization, location and qualifications of the junior network administrator.
