Registered Nurses' (RNs') salaries range from a low of $49,032 in Penascola to a high of $77,499 per year in Fort Lauderdale. For RNs who have studied to be a Certified Nurse Anesthetist, the salary range is much higher: from a low in the Sarasota area of $137,195 per year to a high of $176,158 per year in Fort Lauderdale. The figures for this breakdown of RN salaries for the seven major Florida regions are all as of June 2010. Markets can fluctuate, so they could well be different in the future, just as they have been in the past.
