The Hobart Handler 125 consists of an 8-foot H-9B gun with a spool of 0.9 mm self-shielded flux cored wire, while the Hobart Handler 140 consists of a 10-foot H100S2-10 MIG welding gun with 0.8 mm wire. The wires are fitted with contact tips, and both welders have power cords that can be plugged into a power socket. Each welder had a self-resetting thermal overload, as well as motor protection.
