A marketing operations manager directs the all the marketing efforts in the organization.

A marketing operations manager organizes, plans and directs the marketing plan of an organization. He strives to streamline the marketing procedures and seeks to improve the marketing processes while increasing the organization's revenues. He also aligns the marketing message of the company with the company's overall policies, goals and objectives.
