They ensure their clients are properly following laws and attempt to minimize penalties for their clients if the law is broken. Legal advisors are responsible for providing legal assistance on any kind of contracts, disputes or regulations handed down from the federal or municipal government. They can also work with other members to discuss the legal aspects of fund-raising, policies, procedures and taxes. They can ensure businesses remain in compliance with various legal issues. Legal advisors also advise their clients to limit the risks of being litigated.
