The resort provides luxury rooms, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and penthouses. Each 640-square-foot luxury room comes with a king-size bed, private balcony or terrace, and a kitchenette for snacks. Suites offer en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, living areas and full kitchens. Each bedroom has a private balcony. The spacious penthouses have either one, two or three bedrooms. and each has an adjacent Sun Suite garden with an outdoor shower and hot tub.

The Mansion building is the centerpoint of the Regent Palms Resort. Here guests can dine in Parallel23, the resort's full-service restaurant, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It serves fusion cuisine from around the world and the restaurant's separate domed dining room is available for private functions. The Plunge Pool provides in-water seating and a swim-up bar with full menu. The sunken-terrace restaurant at the edge of the pool serves Caribbean specialities. Away from the pool, the Regent Palms Resort Bar serves up a selection of liquors, pre-dinner cocktails and wines from around the world.

The Regent Spa features a central water garden with individual water features that surround each of its treatment rooms. Guests can relax in tented cabanas or in spa suites for individuals or couples.
