Location

The Regent Palms Resort is set on Grace Bay Beach, a 12-mile stretch of white sand, which is a convenient location for water sports and diving activities. Rooms

The resort provides luxury rooms, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and penthouses. Each 640-square-foot luxury room comes with a king-size bed, private balcony or terrace, and a kitchenette for snacks. Suites offer en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, living areas and full kitchens. Each bedroom has a private balcony. The spacious penthouses have either one, two or three bedrooms. and each has an adjacent Sun Suite garden with an outdoor shower and hot tub.

Dining

The Mansion building is the centerpoint of the Regent Palms Resort. Here guests can dine in Parallel23, the resort's full-service restaurant, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It serves fusion cuisine from around the world and the restaurant's separate domed dining room is available for private functions. The Plunge Pool provides in-water seating and a swim-up bar with full menu. The sunken-terrace restaurant at the edge of the pool serves Caribbean specialities. Away from the pool, the Regent Palms Resort Bar serves up a selection of liquors, pre-dinner cocktails and wines from around the world.

Spa

The Regent Spa features a central water garden with individual water features that surround each of its treatment rooms. Guests can relax in tented cabanas or in spa suites for individuals or couples. Treatments include starlight massages, herbal-steam and detoxification, essential-oil therapy and Mother of Pearl exfoliation. A yoga and meditation studio overlooks the water garden and offers daily morning classes. Guests can book private classes on request, and some spa treatments can be taken in the privacy of rooms or terraces.

Recreation

Guests at the Regent Palms Resort splash in the serpentine infinity pool or enjoy its sundecks, sun pods and central hot-tub island.
