Set on the palm tree studded white sand beach of El Agua, Flamenco Hotel Villas and Beach Club is located on Isla de Margarita (Margarita Island) on the Caribbean Sea.

      Flamenco Hotel Villa & Beach Club is a colorful, modern, colonial-inspired hotel on El Agua beach. The hotel features 178 rooms in eleven, single-story buildings.

      Surrounded by mountains and a few castles and churches, the hotel features a swimming pool, car rental, a money exchange office, laundry services, taxi services and an all-inclusive program.

      Guests who choose the all-inclusive option at Flamenco receive all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, plus limitless non-alcoholic drinks in the price. All-inclusive guests also have first access to complimentary beach chairs and awnings at the beach and swimming pools. The Flamenco is also available for seasonal timeshares.

    • Guests at the Flamenco Hotel & Villa stay in two bedroom suites or cottage style homes on or near the beach. Each suite or apartment comes with stylish rattan furniture, Indonesian wicker-like chairs and couches made of palm tree reeds, queen or king size beds, air conditioning, a mini fridge and access to room service.

      Other hotel perks include a children's outdoor swimming pool, child care services, a large outdoor swimming pool, and a games room. There are also two on-site restaurants, a resort grocery store, a whirlpool and hot tub, and nightly live entertainment like singing, dancing and outdoor games by or on the beach.

      A twenty minute car ride takes guests to the city of Juan Griego to enjoy shopping, sunset views and restaurants. For more shopping and nightlife, Porlamar, a lively, bigger city on the island offers casinos, bingo and dance-clubs or discos 30 minutes from the hotel.

      Also nearby is La Restinga, a Venezuelan National Park. La Restinga is ideal for vacationers looking to see the natural vegetation and beauties of Venezuela's dynamic landscape, Restinga shows off the islands' swamp-lands and tropical vegetation.

The weather and temperatures on the island keep a steady flow of vacationers with the high temperature around 91 to 95 degrees Farenheit (33-35 degrees Celcius) all year with a low, for the year, of 71 degrees Farenheit (22 degrees Celcius).

      As of April 2010, rates for single units at the Flamenco Hotel Villa & Beach Club start at 190 VEF, $59 per night with meals and all non-alcoholic beverages included; children stay for $20 per night.

      Note that, according to XE.com, the currency converter, as of January 8th, 2010 the Bolivar has two official rates. The Venezuela Bolivares Fuertes (VEF) rate included here (1 VEF = 0.232558 USD) is used for most products and services. A rate of 2.6 VEF per US Dollar is used for goods deemed essential including food and medicine.
