Cell Mass can help build muscle.

Cell Mass is a creatine-based sports supplement created by BSN that acts as a post-workout and nighttime recovery agent. Cell Mass is clinically designed to boost muscle recovery, power, and endurance. Cell Mass won Bodybuilding.com's "Creatine Product of The Year" every year from 2005 to 2009.

  1. Benefits

    • According to the Cell Mass product website, the supplement promotes strength, endurance, recovery, and muscle development, helps aid in total lifting capacity and increases endurance time, promotes recycling and energy of ATP, aids creatine absorption, helps in protein synthesis, protects against protein damage from intense training, maintain blood glucose levels, and promotes electrolyte balance in the body.

    Ingredients

    • Cell Mass contains "AVPT," BSN's proprietary blend of ingredients designed to help aid creatine transport, which leads faster muscle recovery. AVPT contains sodium creatine phosphate, a creatine phosphate blend that enhances water solubility, creatine ethyl ester-beta-alanine, BSN's creatine blend that helps increase the water and lipid fat of creatine, creatinol-o-phosphate, which increases oxygen availability in the blood, and creatine AAB, which increases creatine absorption.

Cell Mass also contains glutamine, an anti-catabolic amino acid, cacium phosphate, and sodium phosphate.
