Introduced for the 2005 model year, the Chevrolet Cobalt was a compact car produced and sold by the General Motors brand Chevrolet. The 2007 Cobalt was the third model-year entry during its production run. Its main trims were the base LS and the slightly spruced-up LT.

  1. Engine and Fuel Features

    • Both the 2007 Cobalt LS and LT have a 2.2-liter 148-horsepower 4-cylinder engine, with the standard transmission being a 5-speed manual. The fuel economy is estimated at 24 to 25 miles per gallon for city driving and 32 to 34 miles per gallon for highway driving, with fuel tank capacity measured at 13 gallons.

    Interior

    • Standard interior features on the 2007 Cobalt LS and LT include tilt wheel and steering, air conditioning, trip computer, and AM/FM/CD stereo system.     • The 2007 Cobalt LS and LT sedans are slightly more expensive than the coupes. As of 2010, the Kelley Blue Book price range for the LS coupe is $8,600 to $8,725 and that of the LS sedan is $8,850 to $8,950. The KBB price range for the LT coupe is $9,175 to $9,300; the LT sedan, $9,475 to $9,600.
