Paying dividends

PBL stands for Publishing and Broadcasting Limited, based in Austria. PBL is a group of businesses that focus on casino gaming, television production and broadcasting, magazines and other digital entertainment media. Austrian law allows for both franked and unfranked dividends. Franked dividends eliminate double taxation on disbursed dividends; the company issuing the dividend has paid some of the taxes associated with them.

1998 to 2000
- The interim dividend in May 1998 was 9 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in November 1998 at 9 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in April 1999 was 9 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in November 1999 at 9 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in May 2000 was 10 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in November 2000 at 10 cents per share.
2001 to 2003
- The interim dividend in May 2001 was 10 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in November 2001 at 10 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in May 2002 was 10 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in November 2002 at 11 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in April 2003 was 11 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in October 2003 at 14 cents per share.
2004 to 2006
- The interim dividend in April 2004 was 15 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in October 2004 at 28 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in April 2005 was 27 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in October 2005 at 25 cents per share.
  The interim dividend in April 2006 was 30 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in October 2006 at 29 cents per share.
2007
- The interim dividend in April 2007 was 30 cents per share. PBL paid the final dividend in October 2007 at 25 cents per share.
2008 to 2009
- Starting in 2008, PBL started paying both franked and unfranked dividends.
  The interim dividend in 2008 was $0.105 per share franked at 56 percent. PBL paid the final dividend in 2008 of 6 cents per share unfranked.
  The interim dividend in 2009 was $0.105 per share franked at 76 percent. PBL paid the final dividend in 2009 of 6 cents per share unfranked.
