How Far Does the D95 Airsoft Gun Shoot?
Typically, a pellet fired from a D95 Airsoft Gun in fair-weather conditions will travel 25 meters (82 feet). Farther distances are attainable with an adjustable hop-up unit and higher-quality pellets.

D95 Semi-Automatic Vs. D95 Rifle
-
There are two D95 Airsoft Guns: a rifle (Well D95 Airsoft Electric Rifle Gun) and a semi-automatic model. The information in this article is for the semi-automatic model, and semi-automatic runs have a far shorter firing-distance than rifles.
Considerations
-
As with any airgun, the distance of the shot will depend on the type, weight and quality of the pellet fired, the muzzle velocity and the amount of hop, if any applied, and the wind conditions.

Standard Ranges
-
According to Just BB Guns UK, the D95 has a range of 25 meters (82 feet), but this range can be extended depending on the ammunition used as well as the presence of a good hop-up unit.
Hop-Up Definition
-
A hop-up unit can sometimes double the range of an airsoft gun. In airsoft guns this is usually achieved with a piece of rubber at the back of the barrel, thicker at the top of the barrel than the bottom. A hop-up unit (short for short for High Operation Power Up), puts more backspin on the pellet, giving the pellet more lift and greater firing distance. Occasionally, the hop-up unit is adjustable to suit the preferences of the shooter. The D95 is hop-up capable.
Modifications for Greater Distance
-
According to the "Airsoft Guide for Dummies," airsoft guns can be modified to increase muzzle power and range, just so long as the gun is not manufactured China or Taiwan. The D95 Airsoft Gun is manufactured by Wellfire, a Chinese company, and may not be modifiable.
