Using Tea As Candida Cure

Candida albicans is an infection that can seriously effect a person's overall health. There are various all-natural cures and solutions to this problem and using tea is one of the options available.

  1. Understanding The Herbs To Use

    • Candida is a fungus that grows and spreads throughout the body. Certain herbs, including cloves, cranberry, hibiscus and peppermint, have anti-fungal properties that can be used in the holistic treatment of candida

    How To Use These Teas

    • Teas, made by steeping the herbs in hot water, can be ingested as usual. The herbs may also be added to a warm bath or be used as an enema or douche.

    Preparation For Tea

    • To use these herbs and plants as a tea, begin by boiling two cups of water. Place the herbs in a filter and strain the hot water through the herbs or use a drip coffeemaker, which has its own filtering system.

    Using In A Bath

    • Taking a bath in the herbs is also recommended and effective. Simply add a handful of the dried herbs to your bathwater.

    Using A Douche Or Enema

    • To prepare a douche or enema, simply add two teaspoons of the herbs to four cups of water and allow to sit for up to 24 hours before using. You can also make larger quantities of the tea in order to use some of the tea as an enema or douche.
