7 Dfbx Side Effects

7-DFBX (Seven-Day Fat Burner Extreme) is a supplement designed to help people lose weight, increase energy and suppress appetite. 7-DFBX contains a long list of ingredients, including chromium polynicotinate, golden seal root, peppermint leaves, garlic, aloe vera leaf powder and caffeine anhydrous.
As with any supplement, 7-DFBX can potentially cause some side effects to occur. Consult your physician before taking 7-DFBX to make sure it is safe for you to use.

  1. Dehydration

    • Using 7-DFBX can cause dehydration. This is because it contains several ingredients that increase the metabolic rate, including caffeine anhydrous and chromium polynicotinate, which may cause increased fluid loss through urination and perspiration. Avoid dehydration while using 7-DFBX by consuming plenty of fluids (especially water). Dehydration can lead to other side effects, including muscle cramping, fatigue, and in extreme cases, heat stroke.

    Constipation

    • Constipation may occur from the use of 7-DFBX. If too much water is lost through perspiration and urination, constipation is more likely to occur. To help avoid constipation while taking 7-DFBX, make sure to increase fluid intake and follow a diet that is high in fiber content. If the constipation is severe, consider using an over-the-counter remedy, such as a laxative or stool softener.

    Cardiovascular Stress

    • The caffeine anhydrous found in 7-DFBX can cause your heart rate and blood pressure to increase. Do not exceed the dosing recommendation on the packaging. When used as directed, any increase in heart rate or blood pressure will last approximately two hours. If you are sensitive to caffeine or have a preexisting health condition involving the cardiovascular system, you may want to explore weight loss supplement options that do not include caffeine.

    Sleeping Complications

    • Using 7-DFBX too close to the time you plan to sleep may cause insomnia and other sleep complications, due to the effects of caffeine anhydrous. To avoid this side effect, make sure to take 7-DFBX early in the day. Exceeding the dosage recommendation on the packaging makes this side effect more likely to occur.

    Nausea

    • Nausea is a possible side effect of 7-DFBX use. The most common reason for the onset of nausea is the body lacking a tolerance to one or more ingredients found in the supplement. The body should develop a tolerance to 7-DFBX within three to four days of taking the first dose. If the nausea continues after this time period, consider choosing an alternate weight-loss supplement to use.
