Hot Rox Extreme Side Effects

Hot Rox Extreme is a weight loss supplement that is designed to help users lose weight, suppress appetite and increase metabolism. The main ingredients in Hot Rox Extreme are forskolin, yohimbe and raspberry ketone, all of which occur naturally. Hot Rox Extreme does not have an official website. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, make sure to consult your doctor before using Hot Rox Extreme to ensure its safety for your use.

  1. Dehydration

    • Hot Rox Extreme contains ingredients that cause the metabolism to work at a faster rate. This increase in metabolic rate can cause an increase in the amount of fluids excreted via both urination and perspiration. To avoid dehydration while taking Hot Rox Extreme, make sure to consume plenty of fluids (especially water). Do not exercise or perform strenuous physical activities while dehydrated. Dehydration increases the chances that a muscle tear or damage to ligaments and tendons may occur while performing these activities.

    Nausea

    • Nausea may occur from using Hot Rox Extreme. In most cases, the nausea should subside within three to four days after taking the first dose of Hot Rox Extreme. In this three- to four-day period, the body should develop a tolerance to the ingredients. After this period, symptoms of nausea should be minimal to non-existent. If the nausea continues after this period, consider using a different weight-loss supplement.

    Constipation

    • Constipation can occur from the use of weight loss supplements, such as Hot Rox Extreme. Constipation occurs from use because it increases the amount of fluid excreted from the body via urination and perspiration. To avoid becoming constipated while using Hot Rox Extreme, make sure to drink plenty of fluids and follow a diet plan high in fiber. For more severe cases of constipation, consider using a laxative or stool softener.

    Stimulant-Related Issues

    • Although Hot Rox Extreme does not contain caffeine, it does contain yohimbe, which has stimulant-like effects on the cardiovascular system. Use of products containing Yohimbe can cause an increase in both heart rate and blood pressure. If taken as directed on the packaging, an increase in heart rate and blood pressure should only last approximately one to two hours after use.

    Sleep Complications

    • Using Hot Rox Extreme too close to the time you plan to sleep can cause sleep complications, such as insomnia. This is because Hot Rox Extreme has a stimulative effect, due to the presence of Yohimbe in the formula. To avoid sleep complications from using Hot Rox Extreme, make sure to take it early in your day.
